The Westin Riverfront Resort & Spa, Avon, Vail Valley, Avon

Our stay at this hotel was quite enjoyable with beautiful scenic views and a convenient ski valet service that made getting out on the slopes easy. While we appreciated the comforting atmosphere, some areas could use improvement, particularly the dining experience which felt a bit chaotic due to staffing challenges, especially during busy mornings. Although the resort fees added to our total costs, the experiences we had almost balanced that out.

Our stay at the Westin was a great experience overall, thanks to the stunning views and well-designed facilities. The heated outdoor pool alongside the river was a major highlight, as was the extensive fitness center. While the service was accommodating, there were moments when staff seemed a bit overwhelmed. The dining options were enjoyable, but some servers appeared annoyed, which slightly detracted from the experience.

I had an incredible weekend at the resort, soaking in the stunning views and enjoying the warm outdoor hot tubs. The location is fantastic, right by the river and close to chairlifts, making it easy to hit the slopes. However, the dining options left a lot to be desired. While the service was mostly good, I found the food quality below expectations for such a nice hotel. Overall, it was a memorable stay, but the dining experience could use some improvement.

My stay at this hotel was quite disappointing due to numerous issues with service and room cleanliness. The location near the mountains is great for outdoor activities, but the amenities did not live up to expectations, making it hard to justify the high price. While there were some positives, like the heated outdoor pool and friendly bar staff, the overall experience was marred by poor communication and unclean rooms.

I had a fantastic time at this hotel! The river view from the pool is stunning, and the amenities like the heated pool and fitness center are excellent. Although the location is a bit far from the main activities, it’s peaceful and relaxing. I did have minor issues with the front desk staff’s helpfulness, which kept my experience from being perfect.
